Refund

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be transferred to your bank account. Please provide your bank details for processing.

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
